POAMOHO

After several years of being the moderator at Poamoho Bible Church, Pastor Robert Araki felt that God was leading him to be ordained and heed the calling to pastor Poamoho Bible Church. Pastor Rob took a leap of faith and left his position at a local Christian school of 16 years to take on the role of pastor of Poamoho Bible Church. He put his trust in the Lord, delighted also in the Lord, commited unto the Lord, and rested in the Lord (Psalm 37). He was ordained in February 2012 and officially installed as the pastor in July 2012. Because Poamoho Bible Church is a church plant, Pastor Rob also has tentmaker positions.

Pastor Rob and his wife, Grace, have been blessed with three beautiful children. Their eldest daughter, Elisabeth, is a junior at Bob Jones University. Their second daughter, Naomi, is a senior, and son, Isaiah is a sophomore. They are all homeschooled through the Academy of Home Education.

As a family, the Araki Ohana, has been faithfully serving at Poamoho Bible Church for 20 years (Acts 2:42).
