ABOUT US

Poamoho Bible Church (PBC), originally organized as a body of believers, was set to incorporate when the pastor initially intended for installation was selected to lead another church.  After several years of co-moderators leading the search for a pastor, Rob Araki felt God leading him to become ordained and heed the calling to pastor PBC.  Consequently, Rob Araki left the ministry of serving with a local Christian school for just over 16 years and became ordained in February 2012.  Poamoho Bible Church was then established as an Independent Fundamental Church in July of 2012 with the installment of Pastor Rob Araki.

OUR VISION

Poamoho Bible Church has set forth as its vision Matthew 5:14, “Ye are the light of the world.  A city that is set on a hill cannot be hid” and Acts 1:8 “...and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.”

We believe in the Bible, both the Old and New Testaments (OT-39 books, NT-27), a total of 66 books, and that they are complete in its canonicity (measuring rod or rule) through the following process and principles.

OUR BELIEFS
OUR MISSION

Poamoho Bible Church will support the vision through the Acts 2:42 mandate that  PBC will continue steadfastly in the apostle’s doctrine, in fellowship (koinonia), breaking of bread (communion), and prayer.
